The Article 29 Working Party [1] draws up guidelines for certain provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46EK (General Data Protection Regulation).

In order to be more effective in developing guidelines, the Article 29 Working Party invites the public to express their views and suggestions on the draft guidelines developed.

Guidelines on personal data breaches and Guidelines for personal data profiling and automated processing of personal data are currently in the development process (Guidelines are available in English).

The Article 29 Working Party asks for comments on Guidelines to be sent by 28 November 2017 by sending comments to the email: JUST-ARTICLE29WP-SEC@ec.europa.eu or presidenceg29@cnil.fr.

We inform you that by sending comments, you are aware that there is a chance that your comment will be published.

 If you have no objection that your personal data will be published, please indicate “I agree to publish your personal data” “Name of the document” “.

 If you do not want your/company data to be published, please, inform us about it by indicating that the information is confidential, while submitting a comment containing the information to be published.

You can also submit your comments to the Data State Inspectorate until November 20, 2017 for the compilation and submission to the Article 29 Working Group, by sending / recording them info@dvi.gov.lv .
