Eight principles of good practise in processing of personal data!

If you can answer on all these questions with "YES" then processing of your personal data is safe (secure) and is accomplished according to the legal requirements.
  1. Data is fairly and legally processed.
  2. Data processing is being accomplished for certain purposes and merely in compliance with those.
  3. Data is adequate, relevant (not excessive).
  4. Data is accurate.
  5. Data is not being stored longer than necessary.
  6. Data is being processed in accordance with your rights.
  7. Data is secure.
  8. Data is not being transferred to other organizations, institutions or foreign countries without adequate protection.
In accordance with the existing Normative Acts, the Supervisor of the Personal Data Processing System must observe these principles.
