I am Daiga Avdejanova.
Since 5th April 2016 I am a Director of The Data State Inspectorate of The Republic of Latvia.
I’m graduated the School of Business and Finance (Latvia) and after I’m graduated the University of Latvia and received the Master’s degree in economics, field of study “Economics, accounting and accounting theory, audit”.
I worked for 10 years in The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia, I was a Director of Internal Audit Department of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Latvia. Since 2011 I am a member of the Court of Auditors Advisory Board of the Republic of Latvia.
I worked for 10 years in the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia. I was Head of 6-th Division of Thematic Inspections, Head of Payment Analysis Division, Head of Payment Accounting Division, senior tax inspector of Legal Entities Audit Division, Chief economist of SRS Riga Northern District Division, Chief tax inspector of Legal Entities Audit Division. At the same time I was involved in the criminal investigation proposed by Criminal Police in order to ascertain the persons at fault and country material losses caused. I have gained a lot of experience of collective management, performance of the internal audit and management, familiar with the elements of the internal control system and its models. I have a great deal of experience in the fraud investigation.
