Terrorist Finance Tracking Program (TFTP) Subject Access Procedure

The TFTP is an initiative set up by the United States Treasury Department for generating intelligence to help detect terrorist plots and trace their authors, and within it personal data are processed.

Citizens of the European Union can make subject access requests via their national data protection authority for information held by the US Treasury Department. For citizens of the Republic of Latvia requests can be made via the Data State Inspectorate, which will facilitate the request making procedure. The response, however, will come from the US Department of the Treasury.
