Submission of an application for listing of experts
In order to acquire the right to perform audits of credit information offices and to prepare audit reports, an expert shall submit an application for inclusion in the expert list in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 10 of Cabinet Regulation No. 267 of 2 June 2015, Regulations on Licensing and Supervision of Credit Information Offices. The application shall be submitted in a free form.Decision making
The State Data Inspectorate shall notify a decision regarding the inclusion in the list of experts or the refusal to include in the list of experts by sending it to the legal address of the legal person or the e-mail address indicated in the application or the declared address of the place of residence of the natural person or the electronic mail address indicated in the application.
After sending a decision, the Inspectorate shall publish the information regarding the expert on its website.Notification of the decision
1. The State Data Inspectorate shall notify the decision regarding the inclusion in the list of experts or the refusal to include in the list of experts by sending it to the legal address of the legal person or the e-mail address indicated in the application, or the declared address of the place of residence of the natural person, or the e-mail address indicated in the application.
2. A decision on inclusion in the list of experts or a refusal to appear on the list of experts shall be communicated by sending it to the legal address of the legal person or the e-mail address indicated in the application or the address of the place of residence declared by the natural person or the e-mail address indicated in the application.
If the official electronic address account is activated, the State Data Inspectorate shall provide the communication electronically and shall send the document using the official electronic address.
